Can I cancel an order after it’s been placed?

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Zeturn orders ship via UPS and arrive in 6-8 business days.
Why is the Tiny Printer different from other printers?
Aside from its convenient size (which is in the name, duh), the Tiny Printer is a label printer that uses thermal printing, is wireless, and doesn’t require any setup. That means there’s no need for ink, to be near an outlet to use, or near WiFi.
Do I need to download the Zeturn app to use the Tiny Printer?
Yes. The Zeturn app makes it easy to print labels that are stored in your smartphone’s photo or file gallery. You can also share an image directly to the Zeturn app for seamless printing.
Do I need to connect my Tiny Printer to WiFi?
Nope! Just power on your Tiny Printer and open the Zeturn app, we’ll take care of the rest.
Do I need to order batteries for my Tiny Printer?
No way. The Tiny Printer is powered by a rechargeable battery and arrives with a charging cable included.
What kind of labels does the Tiny Printer use?
The Zeturn Tiny Printer uses a roll of 4” x 6” thermal labels. Your Tiny Printer comes with a roll of labels included.
What comes in the box in my Tiny Printer order?
Unbox for a Tiny Printer, charging cable, and roll of labels. You’re all ready to go.
What is the Zeturn return policy?
The Tiny Printer can be returned within 21 days of purchase date. Email earn@zeturn.com or start your return through the Zeturn app. Accessories purchased through the app are unfortunately ineligible for return.
